On a blustery October day, a foursome decided to head to Wahoos for lunch on our cruisers. Little did we know this would be a trip of disaster and destruction. Sarah, getting a late start on the trip, mistook the location and traveled 10 blocks out of the way to the LoDo location, when the destination was to the East 20th location, a mere 7 blocks from our office. That small lack of foresight set off a ripple effect that would change everyone’s lives. Being a gentleman, August went after Sarah, the straggler, only to lose her at a stoplight. Then Jeremy, showing off in August’s absence, dropped his chain and wiped out, testing the durability of his Levi’s jeans and jean jacket. The “no bust-em” quality saved Jeremy’s life. Heather – the 4th member of the crew – was so upset by the accident, she caught a strep throat. Arriving at the LoDo Wahoo’s location to find no cruisers, Sarah – the straggler – realized her error and rode at top cruiser speed to meet the crew. They regaled her with the story of the trail of carnage she had caused. And, August, ever the savior, sacrificed a decent lunch, got a can of soup on the way back to the office and never showed up to Wahoos.
Evidence:

Until next time….
